Depending on your location your BAL Report may take longer than your 6 Star Energy Rating Report. This is simply because we prefer to visit your building site to make an accurate assessment. We do have our on-site staff moving through Victoria and southern NSW especially on a monthly basis or on special request. Don't hesitate to ask if you need a rapid report.
Yes, of course. This is a common occurrence for the majority of our rural clients. Remember we do prefer to visit your building site so that can cause some delay to receiving your report.

We can post, fax or email your report(s) when we have received full cleared payment. Please bear in mind that bank and personal cheques can take up to 5 business days to clear.
