Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) Assessment Report

Depending on your location, you may be building in an area that is considered to be a designated "Bushfire Prone Area". When applying for planning and/or building consent, this will be a major factor in the granting of both your Planning and Building Permits.

As a report provider we are obliged to base our report on the "National Construction Code" series of documents. Part of this process includes the inclusion of critical design requirements set down in "AS3959-2009 Construction of Buildings in Bushfire-Prone Areas" which is mandated by this document.
